Masayo Takazawa is a Counsel of Kimura Takushima & Yamaguchi. Masayo completed the LL.M. program in Intellectual Property Law at University of Washington School of Law with honors in 2010.

Before joining Kimura Takushima & Yamaguchi in 2017, she practiced as a lawyer at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu, one of the leading law firms in Japan. She also has experience as an in-house counsel at SoftBank Corp., a major mobile telephone company.

She focuses her practice on providing advice on cross-border transactions, general corporate matters, and labor and employment cases.
